Jen helps women who are struggling with unwanted weight gain, fatigue, and low energy to lose weight and keep it off while enjoying foods that they love. Inspired by the many women she’s seen in practice who are confused, overwhelmed, and fed up with fad diets that don’t work, she teaches women how to maintain a sustainable weight loss plan while embracing a flexible dieting approach. |
